Natco Pharma to demerge agrochemicals biz, to set up arm in Nigeria

The board of directors of Natco Pharma has on Tuesday approved a scheme of arrangement to demerge its agrochemicals business into its wholly-owned subsidiary Natco Crop Health Sciences. As per the scheme, the shareholders would receive shares in the resulting company in a 1:1 ratio.
